This family recipe made the journey from Nola, Italy to Chicago's Little Italy neighborhood in 1905! We make the only Original  Spumoni with our Chocolate, Strawberry, Rum, and Pistachio gelato layered around a whipped cream candied fruit center. Directions are on the back of the pint so you can serve our Spumoni the way it's intended - quartered! Or enjoy it straight from the container eating it one gelato flavor at a time!!
